$10 gift limit?

Ok not Spacey related. I am actually looking for some gift idea's for a secret santa exchange I am involved in, the price limit is 10 dollars. My recepient really likes photography so I was hoping to get some help maybe figuring out a book or something I could get her. Do you have any suggestions? or am I out to lunch with the price limit being what it is...

I got one of my favourite photography instruction books in he cheap-o bin at Chapters, and most of my most beatiful photography anthologies are finds from scouring places like Value Vllage and Goodwill. Another option would be a magazine - the nice photography magazines will run you $10 or better. The only other suggestion I would have would be to buy her a set of 'actions' or 'layers' or 'brushes' if she uses photoshop - there are about a bazillion out there, lots in the $10 rage.

Hope that helps!!!

A friend of mine is a professional photographer. I found coasters online at redenvelope that you put pictures in so she had another outlet for her artwork. I've seen them everywhere now since it's been a couple of years so you can get them for $10.

Thanks for visiting, anonymous! There are about a bazillion photo products on the market these days, al for very reasonable prics. The quality of some are qestionable, so it's best to do your research, not only of the product, but of the recipient, too - not everyone would have a use for, say, coasters (I've never used either of the sets I've gotten lol)

If you're looking for really great photo producs, you're only a few mouseclicks away - just do a search for 'photo gifts' and everything from jewelry making kits to mugs to clothing to woven blankets comes up.

On a competely diferent note, as a photographer and mom, the kinds of gifts for under $10 that I like to receive best are bottles of potent homemade red wine.... (you can even get customized photo wine labels, if you feel so inclined...)
