Luckily for us, we actually have all 4 children for the long weekend, so we thought we'd try and do some last-minute summery type things that we had gotten too busy to do earlier in the season. Tomorrow we are going to the Calgary Zoo since we ran out of time on the road trip; today we went to Fort Edmonton to squelch the little whiners since we have only gone *gasp* once this year since it opened in spring. Some friends joined us, both of them photo phreaks like me, and so we spent the day meandering about, taking pictures, and letting the kids soak up the last of the summer sun.
